For your convenience we will be happy to exchange or return your purchased subject to the below exchange and return are accepted within 3 days from purchasing date the original receipt must be presented.

  • Items must be unused, in its original packing,
  • Service, Delivery and Installation charges are non-refundable once performed.
  • the value of the return products will be made available by credit note that can be used in the same country purchase for 6 months.
  • Credit note will be issued only in case of failure to deliver the original purchased items.
  • once items delivered unpacked and checked by the customer we will capture the signature of the receiver of the items and after the process completed there will be no return nor exchange.

Cash purchases will be refunded against cash while credit card purchases will be refunded against credit card used for the original purchase.

Down payment against pre-order items will not be refunded in case of order cancellation.

Pending deliveries for customer will be kept in the warehouse 30 days free of charge A 5% charge of the total invoice amount will apply for every additional 30 days of warehousing.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@vlovehome.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

It’s the customer responsibility to maintain all the original packing materials. All Good(s), must be returned in their original packaging. If this does not happen, the order isn’t eligible for return.

Upon request, our delivery team MAY assist to assemble the items on-site. Should you require them to take with them the packaging materials after assembling, you will have given your acceptance of the goods delivered and shall then not be eligible for return.

All assembled items are not eligible for return.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that returned items are returned safely. Vlovehome takes no responsibility for lost goods and the Customer will be solely liable for the shipment cost of the return.

Sofas and dining tables are none refundable/exchangeable once they are out of packing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Custom made and pre-ordered returns

Customized products items cannot be refunded for change of mind or exchanged. It is the customers’ responsibility to make sure that ALL custom made orders are 100% what they want.

Pre-Orders are usually delivered in the period specified in the item title. some delays are expected in a few occasions due to shipping line route change or delays in customs clearance. if that happens, the customer has the right to ask for cancelling the order and get full refund without claiming any extra compensation for the delay.

Cancelling your order

You are able to cancel your order if you decide that you no longer want to go through with your purchase and change your mind. All you have to do is let us know, and only if your goods have not already been dispatched, we will cancel your order and refund you. Please note as stipulated above this does not apply to custom-made and pre-ordered items.

Your order MUST be cancelled before the dispatch of goods. If the items have been dispatched and left, all shipping fees WILL NOT be included within the refund.

In the event of a customer order, which involves a special item(s) being produced by our manufacturers, refunds are not available, if the item(s) are already in production.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
